Blake showcased his ability to score at all three levels while consistently impacting winning on both ends of the floor. Recently promoted from Oak Hill Red to Oak Hill National, he demonstrated exactly why he belongs competing at the highest level.
A dynamic scoring guard, Blake can knock down shots both off the catch and off the dribble from beyond the arc. He also excels at getting downhill, whether operating out of the pick-and-roll or creating separation in the mid-range, where he consistently converts difficult pull-up jumpers. He plays with poise, embraces physicality, and isn’t afraid to finish through contact in the paint.
When his team needed a basket, Blake repeatedly answered the call. His composure in clutch moments and ability to create offense late in games helped propel his team to the championship and ultimately earned him camp MVP honors.
Blake projects as a Division I guard because of his combination of shot creation, scoring versatility, and feel for the game. He generates consistent paint touches, makes sound decisions in the pick-and-roll, and has the ability to score efficiently without forcing the action.
As he continues to develop physically and refine his game, Blake is a prospect college coaches should prioritize early. Expect him to have a major impact this season for Oak Hill National while continuing to attract attention from Division I programs.
