Cancellation Policy

The Northway Top 100 Camp | 

Due to the limited number of available spots and the advance costs associated with organizing our camps, The Northway maintains the following cancellation and refund policy.

Refunds: A full refund, minus a $60 administrative fee, is available for voluntary cancellation requests received at least 30 days before the camp (on or before November 5, 2026).

Late Cancellations: Registration fees are non-refundable under our voluntary cancellation policy for requests received after November 5, 2026.

Injuries & Emergencies: Injuries, illnesses, or unforeseen emergencies occurring within 30 days of the camp may be considered for a credit toward a future eligible Northway camp. Credits are issued at The Northway’s discretion and are not guaranteed. Requests should be submitted before the camp begins.

Travel Arrangements: The Northway is not responsible for participants’ travel or accommodation expenses, except where required by law.

Camp Cancellation by The Northway

In the event that The Northway cancels or postpones a camp, registered athletes will be offered a 100% credit toward a future Northway camp.

Families may choose to apply their registration payment toward a future event. If a family does not wish to accept a credit, they may request a full refund of their registration fee.

All applicable consumer protection rights will be honoured.

Refund Processing: Approved voluntary refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving an eligible cancellation request.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to The Northway through our official contact channels.
