**Rising Star: 6’3 Class of 2028 PG Phoenix Lincoln**

Class of 2028 guard Phoenix Lincoln impressed scouts with his ability to score the ball as a sophomore competing against older players. The 6’3 guard understands how to get to his spots and finish around the rim. He also did a great job defensively for his age — keeping guys in front and making it tough for them to score.

Phoenix has a bright future and a chance to be one of the best guards in his class.

**6’9 Class of 2025 F Joe Baggaley**

Joe Baggaley, a 6’9 Class of 2025 forward, came out to the first annual Northway Top 50 Camp and made a name for himself.

The Class of 2025 forward showcased his versatility on both ends of the court. He pushed the ball in transition and finished well around the rim. Joe is long, athletic, and extremely versatile, with a bright future ahead.

**6’5 Class of 2027 G Zachary Downer**

Fresh off his offer from Long Island University, Zachary Downer proved why he is one of the best guards in the Class of 2027. The combo guard consistently got paint touches, scored in the mid-range, and used his size to get to the rim and finish.

Zachary has a bright future and is a prospect programs should keep on their radar.

**AAU Team:** UPlay

**6’9 Class of 2026 Point Forward Keoni Saco**

Keoni Saco displayed a lot of upside and showcased his versatility at the camp. The Vancouver native showed his ability to push the ball in transition, break down defenders in the half-court, score out of the post, and make reads when facing double teams.

Keoni also impressed on the defensive end, picking up guards and erasing shots around the rim.

He has high-major potential, and we’re excited to see what he does this summer with UPlay on the EYBL circuit.

AAU Team: UPlay

**6’3 Class of 2027 Combo G Khalil Barrett**

Khalil Barrett was a monster on both ends of the floor, showcasing his ability to dominate games with his energy and defense.

He picked up guys full court, rebounded in traffic, and wreaked havoc in transition. Khalil was arguably the best defender in the gym — and he is a winner!

AAU Team: Northern Kings

**6’7 Class of 2025 F Elliot Tsegakele**

Elliot Tsegakele was one of the most versatile prospects at the camp. The Class of 2025 forward will be going JUCO this coming year to continue his development.

Elliot has a great attitude and uses his length and athleticism to beat defenders in transition, with or without the ball in his hands. He also does a great job breaking closeouts to create for himself and others.

Defensively, Elliot is versatile and uses his size and length to make life difficult for opponents. He has a lot of potential and a chance to be a great prospect at the next level.

**6’1 Class of 2025 PG Cyrus Hassan**

Cyrus Hassan might be the most underrated point guard in the country. The Class of 2025 guard is arguably the smartest lead guard in Canada. He uses his high IQ and skill set to dominate and control games as both a playmaker and scorer.

If you need a point guard to run your team — someone great in the pick-and-roll, with the ability to contribute to winning right away — recruit Cyrus. His teammates love playing with him, and he is a great leader. Cyrus is currently receiving interest from Columbia and Yale.

**6’3 Class of 2026 Camp MVP PG Kemar Grant**

Kemar Grant is an alpha. The 6’3 guard is uber-athletic and combines his elite mobility and athleticism to dominate on both ends of the floor and finish well above the rim.

He stood out all weekend with a combination of athleticism, IQ, motor, and pure will. Kemar is a winner with a lot of upside and is currently flying under the radar.

AAU Team:Canada Elite

**6’5 Class of 2026 Combo G Te’Ziah Marshall-Malcolm**

Te’Ziah Marshall-Malcolm was one of the best prospects at the camp but unfortunately rolled his ankle on Day 2 and was unable to participate for the remainder of the event.

Physically, athletically, and skill-wise, the Class of 2026 guard is ready to contribute at the next level. He is extremely versatile defensively — able to guard bigger wings and even switch onto small-ball fours.

Offensively, Te’Ziah excels at getting downhill and finishing with either hand at or above the rim. His improved shooting mechanics have expanded his game, allowing him to hit mid-range shots and occasional threes. He also rebounds well and pushes the break, while being a shot-changer defensively.

If you’re looking for a guard who can impact winning right away on both ends of the floor, recruit Te’Ziah. He is currently receiving interest from several mid-major programs — and don’t be surprised if he picks up more offers this summer.

**6’4 Class of 2026 G Isaiah Olunloyo**

Isaiah Olunloyo was one of the top prospects at the camp. A standout defender, he was recently named Defensive Player of the Year in the OSBA Prep League.

Isaiah is currently receiving strong interest from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He can shoot the long ball, pull up in the mid-range, and finish around the rim.

Isaiah is relentless defensively — picking up 94 feet and making life difficult for opposing guards. Expect him to pick up offers this summer on the Adidas Gold circuit.

**6’4 Class of 2026 G Jacob McGregor**

Jacob McGregor is arguably the best scorer in the country. He attended camp on Day 2 and showcased his elite scoring ability at all three levels.

Jacob is an athletic, three-level scorer who can shoot the ball at an extremely high clip. If you’re looking for a guard who can step in and score as a freshman, recruit Jacob. He currently holds an offer from Morehead State University and is receiving significant interest from several Division I programs.

Look for Jacob to have a big summer with AAU powerhouse Canada Elite and pick up more offers.

6’0 Class of 2026 G Ethan Aris

Ethan was one of the most talented guards at the camp, the class of 2026 point guard showcases ability to get downhill, get a bucket and create for others. Ethan is a strong, athletic guard with a great handle that allows him to get paint touches consistently.

Ethan does a great job getting to the basket and creating Shots for himself and others.

The 6 foot guard impressed scouts this weekend and showcased his ability to compete at a high level.

The 6 foot guard had one of the best dunks at camp this weekend during the finals with a two hand put back in traffic.
