Jalen Rougier-Roane iis an American-Canadian guard with a lot of upside who will be a mid to high major guard ready to contribute to winning right away. Jalen is one of the best prospects in this class and has a lot of upside.

Strengths

Shooting|Defence|Size|

Jalen is a long versatile guard who can stretch the floor. The senior guard has a nice high, quick release that allows him to get his shot off on the move, off the catch or in the mid range. This year for team Canada’s U18 mens team, he was one of their consistent performs who stretched the floor at a high level. Jalen is also a great defender who can guard mutliple positions and undersands how to use his size and length on both ends of the floor. With his shooting ability, Jalen also understands how to use his shot to attack close outs.

Weaknesses

Ball handling|Finishing

Jalen Roane needs to work on his handle in order to expand his game as an innittiator, add an ability to break down defenders and operate in thee pick and roll. Jalen also needs to improve his ability to finish around the rim and add a variety of finishes to his game.
